Incredible Coffee Maker, Incredible Customer Service
There is very little not to love about this coffee maker and I am now writing this review after using it almost every single day since June 2020. Cleaning is very easy as the glass is super high quality and a simple hand wash with soapy water works really well for normal use. Even after months and months of use, there was no staining on the inside or fading of the measurement marks. The filter is similarly easy to clean and we ran ours through the dishwasher every third or fourth use with no issues and had no clogging or slowing of pour through. The filter also has shown zero sign of rust with very little maintenance aside from rinsing it out with warm water and air drying when done.
Coffee Quality
I found that using about 4-5 scoops with the included scooper made a very nice and not too strong brew and when filled past the top mark would often yield several cups. Often when brewing for me and my partner we would pour over with this amount of coffee until it reaches the filter and then finish the pour while holding the filter above the rising coffee. The filter added no taste and with the included silicon base it often stayed quite warm for about an hour while sitting out.
Warranty
The warranty was very easy to use as we found out when the glass was unfortunately damaged and we reached out via email. They very quickly shipped out a replacement unit at no cost to us with no questions asked and were very friendly when contacted via email. Complaints – Don’t really have any aside from perhaps the handle on the filter being a bit small? Might just be that I have hands on the larger side. Otherwise no real issues in any other aspect of use or care.
My Coffee Tastes Better!

This is my second purchase of the Bean Envy pour over. I have been using mine for a couple of years and really love it, so I purchased another one for my friend. It’s super easy to use and clean up, and in my opinion, makes my morning coffee taste fresher/cleaner than when I use a traditional coffee maker or single cup brewer machine. The carafe is sturdy, and keeps the coffee at a good temperature for me. The filter is easy to clean and maintain, and I do not get any coffee residue in my cup. The cup markings on the side of the carafe are 6oz each, so I usually brew to the 2 cup mark for a standard size cup, or to the 3 cup mark to fill my commuter.
